The Response

I am so proud of our Governor Nikki Haley in South Carolina calling our state to a day of prayer and fasting. She has invited anyone and everyone to come to the North Charleston Coliseum on Saturday, June 13. Watch her video invite. It is a very biblical response, when the nation is in trouble, for the leaders to call the people to pray and fast. It was done through biblical history, and it was done through American history by the Continental Congress, George Washington, John Adams, James Madison, James Buchanan, Abraham Lincoln, and others who understood that "unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it build in vain."
